Stop paying for parcels that come back.
COD Shield confirms every cash-on-delivery order with the buyer on WhatsApp, gives each order a return-risk score with plain reasons, books the courier for the safe ones and shows where your returns come from.

The problem
A large share of cash-on-delivery parcels are refused at the door, and every refusal costs you delivery both ways plus stock stuck in transit.
How it fixes it
Confirm before you ship. Every order gets a WhatsApp confirmation and a risk score learned from your own deliveries, so risky orders wait for you and serial refusers are blocked.
The buyer gets the order details with Confirm and Cancel buttons as soon as it arrives, and a reminder if they don't answer.
Buttons, "yes", "ji", "haan bhej do", "nahi chahiye", 👍, and change-of-address requests.
"Refused 2 earlier parcels · address has no house number · this city returns 33%", learned from your deliveries.
High-risk orders wait for you even if the buyer confirms. Ask for the delivery charge in advance with one tap.
Buyers who refuse two parcels are blocked automatically and their next order comes straight to you.
Built-in booking and tracking for supported couriers, and return rates by city, product and risk level.
From your store, or added by hand or by CSV. Each order is confirmed with the buyer on WhatsApp.
PostEx and Leopards booking and tracking are built in. For other couriers you paste the tracking number.
No. Risky orders are held for you to decide, with the reasons shown.
